While working with Health eCareers, my creative team worked hand-in-hand with Sukle, a local agency, to create a stellar campaign that helped drive traffic to our site. The concept began using humor to go where no healthcare job website has ever gone before. At Health eCareers we provide your "Freshest Healthcare Jobs" including a specialty that matched the image we were portraying. This campaign expanded into billboard, video, infographics and online marketing materials. The campaign resulted in 50% increase in engagement and 25% increase in CPR.

The Creative Pantry logo was based on the idea of left and right brain thinking. When you come to the studio you are fulling emerging yourself into your creative thinking (hence the right brain as a light bulb). The color scheme incorporates a fun and vibrant look while also giving a feminine and masculine feel to welcome all.

Root Recruiting was a client that initially came to me for UX/UI work on a new website. Their outdated logo didn't fit the new direction of the company or new website. I completely redesigned the logo for a more modern and engaging look. The logo represents healthcare employees connecting to the root of recruiting.

When I arrived at Health eCareers, the identity of the brand was in limbo. The company wanted to change the name, but the market analysis suggested otherwise. I was a key contributor for the new logo and identity behind the nation's largest online health care job board! I also handled the execution of the new logo including brand guidelines and updating previous marketing assets.

Shift is another product of Health eCareers that my team supported with our design services. I personally designed the home page and handed off the assets to the production team to code and produce. The concept behind the design was a clean and fresh look while targeting a younger demographic.

Root Recruiting was a client that came to me looking for a new website design. They provided copy and ideas for the site, and I helped them bring it to life! We worked on the whole website design as well as mobile and tablet views. In the end the design was a finished, clean look with easily readable content.

The future of Marketing!
At BSN I managed a team to execute on email and social media marketing for the company. While onboard we produced and delivered the highest number of digital assets in a given month.
I was solely responsible for the social media presence for The Creative Pantry which includes the design work, videos, promotions and everyday posts. I deployed several posts per week on Instagram and Facebook that drove an average of 500+ post engagements.

Health eCareers ads were a life line to most campaigns we ran. I created images that would grab attention while displaying imagery that our seekers can relate too.

Rigzone ad designs were simple and clean and focused on content. All ads were geo-targeted to a career specialty and each ad could take the seeker to the Rigzone site which displayed specific search results relevant to them.

Collateral
During my time at Health eCareers we re-created all collateral for the company. I worked closely with our content team to cut down on the unnecessary lingo and focus each piece on concentrated information with the new clean style and CTA that stood out.

While working with Rigzone we partnered with Oil & Gas giants like Shell and BP to push out reports, emails and webinars for job seekers about industry knowledge. I was in charge of designing the materials and working with our partners marketing team to ensure we were on brand. Above is an example of a Global Diversity and Inclusion Report we partnered with BP on. I completed all of the design work and the report was very rewarding because it exposed the female and male ratios in the Oil & Gas industry!

Tradeshow booths
From design to concept, I worked closely with our booth builders to come up with a booth that would be a show stopper. I completed the booth design as well as the update of the giant operation man. We had an external company build the booth and ship it to locations we needed.

At Rigzone, I worked with numerous booth display companies to create engaging booth designs for the Rigzone brand. These designs were displayed at Oil & Gas shows all over the world. Our largest shows included Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, Texas and Offshore Europe in Aberdeen, Scotland. We gave away a free motorcycle that was incorporated into the design at both shows.
